Soccer Post Ops Hub – Privacy Policy
Soccer Post Ops Hub (the "App") is a private app for employees and authorized staff of Authentic Sports Specialty, Inc. ("Soccer Post", "we", "us"). It is the mobile front end for our internal order fulfilment system. It is not offered to customers or to the general public. This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
What the App is
The App displays our internal operations website inside a secure web view, restricts navigation to our own site, lets staff scan barcodes with the device camera, and lets iPad users print shipping labels and packing slips to a printer they choose on the local network.
Information the App itself collects
The App does not include advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not sell or share information with advertisers or data brokers. The App itself stores only:
- Your printer choice (iPad): the name and network address of the selected printer, kept on the device so you do not have to choose it again.
- Website session data: the sign-in session of our operations website, kept by the web view on the device, the same way a browser would.
Camera
The App asks for camera access so staff can scan product and order barcodes. Camera images are used only to read the barcode on the device. They are not recorded, saved or sent to us.
Information handled by our operations system
Staff sign in to our operations website with a username and password or a PIN. When you use the App, our system processes the information needed to fulfil orders and to record who did what, for example:
- Your name, username or user ID, and the location you are working at.
- Order, product and fulfilment information, including customer names, shipping addresses and contact details needed to pick, pack, label and ship an order.
- Activity records, such as which staff member picked, pressed, packed or shipped an order, and when.
This information is used only to run our fulfilment operations, secure the system, and keep accurate records. It is stored on our systems and is not shared with third parties except the service providers needed to complete orders (for example e-commerce, shipping and printing services).
Third-party content
Some pages load fonts and a barcode library from third-party content delivery networks (for example Google Fonts and jsDelivr). These providers may receive your device's IP address when a page loads.
Printing
When you print, the App sends the label or slip directly to the printer you selected, over your local network. The document is not sent anywhere else by the App.
Security
Traffic between the App and our website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access requires a staff account or PIN, and the App only loads our own website.
Children
The App is for employees and is not directed to children.
Your choices and rights
If you are an employee, you can ask us what information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. Customers whose orders we fulfil can contact us about their information using the details below. You can remove all App data from your device by deleting the App.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
