As another weekend full of impressive goals, hat tricks and exciting games in the English Premier League wraps up, let’s recap.

Manchester City, Brighton & Hove Albion, Arsenal and Liverpool all remain undefeated as they picked up another win this past weekend for a total of six points to start the season.

Bournemouth and Leicester City, Southampton, Crystal Palace, Ipswich Town, Wolverhampton and Everton all continue to look for their first win.

The stars were out to shine during Manchester City’s 4-1 win over Ipswich Town. Erling Haaland netted a hat trick while Kevin De Bruyne added one of his own. City scored three goals in four minutes after Ipswich found the back of the net just seven minutes in.

Brighton grabbed a late win against Man United with the game-winning goal coming at the 95th minute in their home opener, thanks to Joao Pedro. Brighton look to remain undefeated under new manager Fabian Hurzeler as they take on fellow top team Arsenal this Saturday.

Arsenal continues their perfect start to this season after defeating Aston Villa, the team who ultimately ruined their chances at a title last season, 2-0. Arsenal looks to make another run at the title this season and wins like this are the important ones.

A dominant 2-0 win from Liverpool against Brentford gained them another three points. Despite a change in managers, Liverpool seems to be responding well to new manager Arne Slot. Mohamed Salah is Liverpool’s fifth top scorer at Anfield with 118 goals as he scored his second goal this season.

Tottenham Hotspur picked up their first win this season after an impressive 4-0 victory over Everton. Son Heung-Min added two for  Spurs while Everton continued to massively struggle.

A second half hat trick from Chelsea’s Noni Madueke and a star performance from Cole Palmer led Chelsea to a 6-2 statement win over Wolverhampton Wanderers.
